How can I pay my order?

While completing your order you can choose your payment method. We offer several payment methods. All transfers take place in a secure environment.

A summary of our payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
    In order to guarantee a good service and swift completion of your order, we suggest using one of our other payment methods.
    When paying with a bank transfer, your order gets processed after we receive the correct sum. Bank transfers usually take 2 to 3 workdays, this increases the risk that the products you ordered will be out of stock when we receive your payment. Please type your order number in the announcement of your bank transfer, so we can easily identify your order. You can find your order number in all our correspondence to you.
  • Bancontact
    If your bankcard supports bancontact, you can pay with bancontact as well. While completing your order, you will get redirected to the website of Ingenico where you will be able to authorize your payment to us. Your order will be processed immediately.   • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, …)
    While completing your order, you will get redirected to the website of Ingenico where you will be able to authorize your payment to us. Your order will be processed immediately.
  • ING HomePay / Belfius Direct Net
    Do your payments in the trusted environment of your online banking. Your order will be processed immediately.
  • Paypal
    While completing your order, you will get redirected to the website of Ingenico where you will be able to authorize your payment to us. Your order will be processed immediately.
Can I pay after reception?

Unfortunately, this is impossible at the moment.

Can I adjust my order afterwards?

When your order has not been shipped yet, we can adjust the address for you. When you ordered the wrong shoe size, you should contact our customer support through the contact form. Customer support will let you know if the size can still be adjusted. Those are the only things that can be adjusted in your order. In case you ordered the wrong shoes, you can cancel your current order and make a new one. Please contact our customer support through the contact form for this.

Can I use a Berca.be voucher on your webshop?

Vouchers can be used on online orders in our webshop.
In order to validate your voucher, you need to enter the 13 digit code from your voucher on the page where you select your payment method. This code can be found beneath the barcode on your voucher. You can only validate one voucher per order.

Following vouchers are valid on our webshop:

  • Gift vouchers
  • Repair vouchers
  • Return vouchers
  • Discount vouchers

Following vouchers are invalid on our webshop:

  • Order vouchers

All other vouchers not mentioned in the list above, are also invalid.

 

Where can I find the information necessary for doing my bank transfer?

When you chose to pay your order with a bank transfer, you will receive a mail with all the necessary information. Please write down the order number in the notice of your bank transfer, so we can easily identify your order. You can find your order number in all our correspondence with you.

How will you keep me informed about my order?

When you ordered something on our webshop, order information will be available in your online account. There you can consult your order status and details. You will also receive mails from our system, informing you of the progress made in your order. Please keep these mails around upon completion of your order. Be sure to check the spam folder of your mail client, as these mails tend to end up there.

I am not receiving any mails for my order, why?

As many of our email communications with you are generated by software, email providers like gmail and Hotmail will see these mails as spam and treat them that way. Most email clients have a special folder for that kind of emails, usually called “spam” or “unwanted emails” folder. Your email provider will usually provide options you can adjust so that our emails won’t end up in those folders and are delivered to your inbox.

Please keep in mind that much email providers delete these emails on frequent periods. This frequency can be different for each provider. These emails get deleted to prevent your inbox from getting full.
