Therefore, they decided to each go their separate ways. Adi renamed the current factory Adidas and Rudolf started a new factory called Puma. Like Adidas, Puma made itself immortal by sponsoring famous athletes. Any sponsor with a little name was offered free Puma clothing and footwear. The first brand hype was born...
