There's a defect on my shoes/textile

This concerns articles that have been damaged after wearing. Items that have not yet been worn can be returned within the term (see receipt or webshop).

It is best to return the repair to one of our berca.be shops. They will then pass this on to the head office where a decision is made. We will then keep you informed about what will happen to your shoes.
