How does the old shoes action work?

1.     You bring your old shoes to a physical berca.be shop.

2.     For every pair of old, or reusable* shoes you give away before or at the time of purchase, you will receive a voucher of €12.50 with which you can shop our new spring and summer collection collection to your heart's content.

3.     Per €60 purchase of new shoes or clothing, you can exchange 1 voucher of €12.50.

    ✔ Valid on all shoes for women, men and kids. Also e.g. valid on slippers, rubber boots and soccer shoes.
    ✔ Valid on all clothing.
    ✔ Valid on all brands
    X  Not valid on accessories such as underwear, stockings, scarves, etc.
    X  Cannot be combined with discounts and low prices with orange label.

*It can be any kind of shoes, including e.g. rubber boots, espadrilles, flip-flops, hiking shoes, sports shoes, football shoes, etc. They must be pairable and reusable to give them a second life. For example, they should not be un-pairs or pairs with broken zips, without laces, etc.

Until when can I enjoy this super promotion?

The old shoes promotion is valid until Sunday April 14, 2024 in all berca.be stores in Merksem, Evere, Bruges, Roeselare, Mechelen, Aartselaar, Lier, St. Truiden and Lochristi.

We accept old shoes or vouchers from €12.50 up to and including Sunday April 14, 2024, no more after that.

Is the promotion also valid on the berca.be webshop?

Of course, you can also benefit from this generous collection action online! For this, you have two options:

•  After handing in your old shoes in one of our physical berca.be shops, you can enter the vouchers of €12.50 online at berca.be to receive the discount on your order immediately. To do so, validate the barcode found on the back of each voucher in the 'discount code' field.

• When you pick up your new shoes in one of our berca.be shops & only hand in your old shoes at the time of pickup, we will refund the €12.50 discount to your bank account or payment card.

Please note: Fitflop web only models can only be purchased with the old shoes action when delivered to one of our physical berca.be shops. If you turn in your old shoes at the time of collection, we will refund the €12.50 discount to your bank account or debit card.

I don't have my old shoes with me? What to do?

Don't panic! You can reserve your favourite pair of shoes and then you have 4 days to bring in your old shoes and buy them at a discount.

Attention: be sure to drop off your old shoes in the shop before or at the time of purchase because no old shoes will be accepted or cash refunded afterwards.

*Provided you bring in old shoes & hand in or complete the berca.be discount card, you can until Sunday, Sunday April 14, 2024, exchange 1 voucher of €12.50 per purchase amount of 60 euros. Valid on all shoes & clothing for women, men and kids. Not valid on accessories such as underwear, stockings, scarves, etc. Cannot be combined with discounts and promotions. All items are available while stocks last, excluding any late deliveries or printing errors in price, size, model or color.
