Can I swap my article for another pair?

Exchange in one of our berca.be stores is possible.

Exchange by mail is unfortunately not possible, you must place a new order if you want a different pair. You can return the shoes that do not meet your wishes. We will refund your return as soon as possible upon receipt at our head office.
