On what conditions can I return my order?

You can return your order under following conditions:

• Within 14 days after receipt.
• The shoes are in the same condition as when you received them.
• Your returning shoes are contained within their original shoebox.
• When returning the shoes trough a courier, you need to provide the shoebox with a packaging.
• Berca.be can only take back textile articles that still have the original tag and are in a good condition so we can put them back into the shop. We can no longer sell products that show obvious traces of use (make-up stains, odors, etc.), although they have no other defects.
• For orders of €75 or more, a €5.95 administration fee may be charged upon return if the remaining order total after deducting the returned items is less than €75.

You don't need to register your returns before sending.
